Frank Chiapperino

Frank Chiapperino brings over 24 years of dedicated ministry experience to his role at Injoy Stewardship. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, with 15 years in executive leadership. Frank has been a Senior Pastor at two churches and currently serves as an Executive Pastor.

Frank’s passion lies in serving and coaching leaders. Since 2007, he has been actively involved in training others through national conferences, breakout sessions, and one-on-one mentoring.

Growing up in the suburbs of New York City as the eldest of three brothers, Frank’s journey took a significant turn when he met his wife, Shelli, while stationed at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. They have two sons, Michael (18) and AJ (16). Frank enjoys traveling with his family, playing board games with friends, and is an avid fan of science fiction.
