Jeff Benefield

Jeff joined the INJOY Stewardship team in March of 2020, serving as a Senior Consultant.  Jeff truly has a heart for partnering with a team-oriented environment that serves churches and builds God’s Kingdom.  Jeff, particularly, has a heart for pastors.  As a senior pastor, Jeff has led 6 Capital Campaigns.

Jeff’s career background includes 10 years of experience as the CEO of an integrated food production company.  At the age of 32, Jeff transitioned into the world of vocational ministry and spent the next 25 years as a lead pastor of a church that experienced exponential growth and planting a multi-cultural church.  

Jeff graduated from Georgia Tech in 1985 with a degree in Industrial Management, but he is still a huge Georgia Bulldog fan.  Jeff resides in Gainesville, GA with his wife Tamara.  They have four children, three of which are married, and has seven grandchildren.  He enjoys sports of every kind and traveling with his wife.
