Jeff Shortridge

One of those rare individuals who has both extensive pastoral experience and solid business acumen, Jeff served in pastoral ministry for 11 years (including the role of senior pastor), and as the CEO of an exclusive corporate resort and retreat center.

 Jeff has been training leaders and leading leaders since 2000 in roles as varied as Marketing Manager, Real Estate Developer, and Executive Vice President. His business experience ranges from the auto industry to real estate sales to the Service industry.

 Having obtained a B.A. in Religious Studies/Music at Jackson College of Ministries, Jeff Shortridge is a gifted communicator who has spoken to numerous business groups and churches alike. He is also author of the faith inspiring book, God Honors Movement.

 Jeff has been with a John Maxwell Company, Injoy Stewardship Solutions since 2009 and has personally coached in excess of one hundred fifty churches. 

 He is married to the bride of his dreams, Milinda and has 3 children, Austin, Sevana and Tony. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, dating his bride, playing the piano, working in his woodshop, and traveling.
