John Gibson

John is a certified consultant and a senior member of the INJOY Stewardship Solutions consulting team.  He also actively works in full-time ministry at The Cove Church in Mooresville, North Carolina.  There, he serves in a dual role as the Executive Pastor as well as the Online Campus Pastor.  Prior to serving in ministry, John led in several different capacities in the business sector which brings a unique mix of real world experience and knowledge to his project management and church partnership consulting.

John is especially passionate about the INJOY Stewardship Solutions process because he’s been a recipient of the services through his role at The Cove Church.  Not only has he seen the process work for churches he’s consulted, but he’s seen it work firsthand in the church he helps to lead.  John truly enjoys working with church leaders and Pastors that cultivate and lead a thriving, dynamic leadership culture.

John and his wife Alicia live in the Charlotte Metropolitan Area of North Carolina with their three children.
