Susanna Drury

Susanna brings financial clarity and ministry-minded insight to her role at INJOY—helping churches confidently understand giving trends, assess capacity, and fully fund their vision. She also serves as Director of Human Resources and Marketing at a local Christian school. Her background includes co‑developing a $95 million church loan fund, managing investor and donor relations, overseeing daily accounting and bookkeeping, assisting with audits for the loan fund and church foundation, and supervising contributions and sponsorship data at an orphanage.

Susanna serves on her church’s worship team, and alongside her husband of 28 years, has served as youth pastors and college & career pastors—supporting various ministry teams. Since relocating to North Carolina in 2020, they’ve been raising two children—a college junior and a high school freshman—which deepens her appreciation of stewardship across life stages.
